DataTools collects information you provide directly to us when using our data processing tools. This may include files you upload for processing, account information, and usage data to improve our services.

Account data — authentication and account management is handled by Clerk. Information such as your name, email address, and sign-in credentials are collected and stored by Clerk in accordance with their privacy policy.

Payment data — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe collects and processes billing information in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our data processing services. Your uploaded files are processed temporarily to deliver results to you and are not stored permanently on our servers. We do not use your uploaded data to train models or for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or uploaded data to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is yours.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data processing occurs in secure environments with industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Files uploaded for processing are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not retain your uploaded data longer than necessary to provide our services. Account and usage data may be retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
